  • How do I choose a size?

    Every product has a size table under "Fit & sizing". If you are between two sizes, take the larger one - the cuts are relaxed.

  • How much is delivery?

    To an Econt or Speedy office - €4.90. To your address - €6.90. Over €80 delivery is free.

  • Can I pay by card?

    Yes. We accept Visa and Mastercard, cash on delivery and bank transfer.

  • How do I return an item?

    You have 14 days. Email hello@zweishop.zweihost.com and we will arrange the return shipment.

  • When will my order arrive?

    Usually the next working day after dispatch. You get an email with a tracking number as soon as the parcel leaves us.
